A GOOD FIT WHEN
HOW WE WORK WITH YOU
Bring agreed examples of corrections, difficult cases and points where people abandoned the method. Keep confidential material out unless an appropriate handling arrangement has been agreed.
Work through selected issues with the team owner. Distinguish a skill gap from unclear instructions, unsuitable information or a technical dependency.
Record what changed, who owns the update and how colleagues will learn it. Agree the next review point and any work requiring a different scope.
WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY
A prioritised record of questions, decisions, owners and actions from the agreed clinics.
Revisions to the templates, review steps or guidance covered by the engagement.
A practical set of follow-up learning and improvement priorities for the responsible team owners.
ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO · NOT A CLIENT CASE STUDY
The original template is still being used even though the product information has changed.
Review the source, update the template, name the owner and show the team which checks have changed before the next use.
BEFORE WE START
Nominate an internal owner and collect a small set of questions or sanitised examples. We agree the clinic cadence, participants, topics and follow-up arrangements in the proposal.
This is scheduled coaching and review, not unlimited helpdesk access, incident response, managed IT support or an unspecified service-level agreement.
Delivery format, participants, trainer, schedule, fees and outputs are confirmed in your proposal before you commit. No fixed duration, subsidy eligibility or accredited certification is implied.
PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
No. We can discuss coaching around an existing method, provided there is enough context and an agreed scope for us to support it responsibly.
The cadence, duration, fees and boundaries are agreed with you. We do not assume an open-ended subscription or unlimited support.
We identify the dependency and discuss a separate technical engagement. We do not silently turn a coaching engagement into an implementation project.
